LOCAL PACT 〔light-windows〕

EN — This album that moves through a clear arc: gathering, listening, carrying memory, repairing, passing things on, reaching for restorative justice, grounding local pacts, returning to steady joy, tracing interlaced lives, and ending as a choir. A quiet thread of light runs through the songs—fiber, lantern, knot, gold dust—like a living material connecting voices to places.
