This album brings together geo-fractal songs shaped around John Chapman and the wider transmedia universe of L’Autre Version de l’Histoire. Blending frontier folk, field chants, organic ambient textures, water-drum pulse, drones, breath, wood, wind, orchards, and buried waters, the tracks unfold like transmissions from living places. Some songs feel as if they return from an unrecorded past carried by roots, aquifers, and landscape memory. Others carry more direct messages about peoples, land, wounds, seeds, transmission, and the possibility of another history.
